Prices

Two rooms with a bathroom with exclusive access to the guests.

The accommodation includes a Mediterranean/Continental breakfast.

The Prices:

• double room for 1 night - euro 73;
• twin room for 1 night - euro 73;
• twin room or double room  for 1 night for 1 person - euro 45;
• for GP F1 Monza - double room for 1 night - 140 euro, 3 nights minimum booking;
• for GP F1 Monza - twin room for 1 night - 140 euro, 3 nights minimum booking.

• children under the 3 years old - free;
• children from the 4 to 12 years old - 50% discount

​Check-in: after the 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: before the 10:00 a.m.

A deposit of 20 percent is required to confirm the reservation. The payment is done by bank transfer.

The settlement of an account (80%) must pay cash to me when you arrived. 

If you are forced to cancel the reservation, up to 15 days before the deposit is expected to be refunded.
